How do I earn bonuses?

You earn bonuses equal to 5% of every purchase.

How long are bonuses valid?

Bonuses are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited.

What are welcome bonuses?

After joining the loyalty program and placing your first order, you will receive 25 welcome bonuses for your next purchase. They will be remain valid for 90 days.

Can I pay for an entire order with bonuses?

Yes. Bonuses can be used to cover up to 100% of the jewelry value in your order. Please note that bonuses can only be redeemed in increments of 25. For example, if your order total is 48 ₪, you can redeem 25 bonuses and pay the remaining 23 ₪ using any payment method.

How do birthday bonuses work?

Birthday bonuses become available 7 days before your birthday, on your birthday, and remain valid for 7 days after.

When do I move to a new level?

Your membership level is updated automatically once you reach the required cumulative purchase amount.

Do I earn bonuses when purchasing a gift card?

No, bonuses are not awarded for gift card purchases.

Do I earn bonuses on purchases paid with bonuses?

Bonuses are earned only on the portion of the order paid with money.

Can I combine bonuses from different accounts?

No. Bonuses are personal and can only be used by the account holder.

When are bonus points not awarded?

Bonus points are not awarded for:

sale items;
discounted products;
promotional offers;
special offers;
shipping charges;
gift card purchases;
any amount paid using bonus points.
