Delivery times are extended.

Most orders are processed and packaged on the same day and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, all dispatch and shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

ADDA gems is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by factors beyond our direct control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ADDA gems collaborates with a global multi-courier shipping network (including FEDEX, DHL, UPS, and others) to provide express international shipping at competitive rates. We proudly offer cost-effective shipping options to over 150 countries.

Most orders are processed and packed on the same day and generally arrive within 4 to 10 business days. However, depending on the destination, delivery may take up to 45 days. Please note that estimated shipping and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

ADDA gems is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs clearance processes, shipping carrier issues, or other logistical challenges.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary based on factors such as the country of origin, local VAT rates, and applicable import taxes.

ADDA gems has no control over these additional charges and cannot predict their amount. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle any such fees with the local authorities upon delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of duties, taxes, or fees, failure to collect the order, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, ADDA gems reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping, handling fees, and any additional administrative costs incurred during the customs clearance and return process.

All items available for purchase on our website are subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep our inventory updated in real-time, items may sell out during the checkout process.

ADDA gems reserves the right to modify or remove available products from the website at any time, at its sole discretion. We are not obligated to maintain any specific product availability.

Orders are processed in the order they are received, and we make every effort to dispatch them as quickly as possible. In cases where an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, customers will be notified as soon as possible. If an order cannot be completed, the customer has the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 30 days.

The delivery address provided at the time of purchase will be considered the official shipping destination.
