1. About the Program

The ADDA gems Loyalty Program ("Program") rewards Members with bonus points, exclusive benefits and special offers when shopping at ADDA gems.

Joining the Program is free and voluntary. By creating a loyalty account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ADDA gems may update, suspend or end the Program, or change these Terms & Conditions, at any time. The latest version will always be available on the official ADDA gems website.

2. Membership

Anyone who registers through the official ADDA gems website can join the Program.

Once registered, you will receive a personal bonus account where your bonus points, membership level and rewards will be tracked.

You are responsible for keeping your personal information accurate and up to date.

3. Membership Levels

Your membership level is based on your total purchases made throughout your participation in the Program.

Minimalism

Total Purchases: up to ₪4 999

Benefits

• Welcome Bonus – 25 bonus points
• Earn 5% bonus points on eligible purchases
• Birthday Bonus – 50 bonus points
• Complimentary jewelry cleaning
• 3-month jewelry warranty

Maximalism

Total Purchases: ₪5 000–₪14 999

Benefits

• Earn 5% bonus points on eligible purchases
• Birthday Bonus – 100 bonus points
• Complimentary jewelry cleaning
• Access to pre-sale collections
• One complimentary out-of-warranty jewelry repair per calendar year
• 3-month jewelry warranty

Highly

Total Purchases: ₪15 000 and above

Benefits

• Earn 5% bonus points on eligible purchases
• Birthday Bonus – 150 bonus points
• Complimentary jewelry cleaning
• Access to pre-sale collections
• One complimentary out-of-warranty jewelry repair per calendar year
• One complimentary silver or gold re-plating service per calendar year (outside the warranty period)
• Invitations to exclusive brand events and special projects
• 3-month jewelry warranty

New Members receive a Welcome Bonus after their first purchase, as described below.

4. Earning Bonus Points

• 1 bonus point = ₪1.
• Earn 5% bonus points on eligible full-price purchases.
• Bonus points are earned only on the amount paid using money or a gift card.
• If part of a purchase is paid using bonus points, new bonus points are earned only on the remaining amount paid by money or gift card.
• Bonus points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded.
• Unused bonus points expire automatically after 12 months.

5. Welcome Bonus

After your first purchase, you will receive 25 Welcome Bonus points.

The Welcome Bonus:

• is awarded once per Member;
• is valid for 90 calendar days;
• can only be used on future purchases.

6. Birthday Bonus

Birthday Bonus points are awarded according to your membership level:

• Minimalism – 50 bonus points
• Maximalism – 100 bonus points
• Highly – 150 bonus points

Birthday Bonus points may be used:

• during the 7 days before your birthday;
• on your birthday;
• during the 7 days after your birthday.

To receive your Birthday Bonus, your date of birth must be added to your account before the bonus is issued.

Any unused Birthday Bonus points expire automatically after the promotion period ends.

7. Redeeming Bonus Points

• Bonus points may be used to pay up to 100% of an order.
• Bonus points may only be redeemed in multiples of 25.
• Bonus points can only be used to pay for products. Shipping costs cannot be paid with bonus points.
• Bonus points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Bonus points cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.
• Bonus points may only be used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8. When Bonus Points Are Not Awarded

Bonus points are not awarded for:

• sale items;
• discounted products;
• promotional offers;
• special offers;
• shipping charges;
• gift card purchases;
• any amount paid using bonus points.

If an order includes both eligible full-price products and discounted or promotional products, bonus points will only be awarded for eligible full-price products.

9. Gift Cards

Bonus points are not earned when purchasing a gift card.

Bonus points cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

Purchases paid with a gift card remain eligible for bonus points, provided all other Program requirements are met.

10. Returns

If you return a product, any bonus points spent on that purchase will be returned to your bonus account.

Returned bonus points will retain their original expiration date.

11. Privacy

By joining the Program, you confirm that you have read and accepted the ADDA gems Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal information as required to administer the Program.

12. General Terms

ADDA gems reserves the right to:

• update these Terms & Conditions;
• change Program benefits;
• change bonus earning or redemption rules;
• cancel bonus points credited in error;
• suspend or terminate a Member's participation in the Program in cases of fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

ADDA gems is not responsible for any interruption or inability to use the Program caused by technical issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By continuing to participate in the Program after updated Terms & Conditions become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
