ORDERS IN ISRAEL

Returns and order cancellation

You may cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 days from the date you receive the item or the date you receive the purchase confirmation — whichever is later.

Extended return period

Customers aged 65 and over, new immigrants to Israel, and customers with disabilities may cancel their purchase and return the item within 4 months, provided that prior to the purchase there was communication between the customer and the seller, including by phone or written correspondence.

Cancellation without a reason

If you cancel your purchase without giving a reason, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS — whichever is lower will be deducted from the refund.

The cost of returning the item to ADDA gems is borne by the customer.

Returns due to a defect or discrepancy

If the item:

arrives damaged;
does not correspond to its description; or
was not delivered within the agreed timeframe,

you are entitled to a full refund, including the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the item to ADDA gems.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.

If the purchase was paid by credit card, the actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on the credit card company and may take up to 30 days.

Opening and checking your order

You may open the package and inspect the jewelry before deciding whether to return it.

The item must be returned in its original, new condition, without any signs of wear or use.

If the jewelry has been used and this has visibly affected its condition or value, ADDA gems may request compensation for the loss of value.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

Items made to an individual order cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes jewelry with custom engraving, including pieces from our “History” collection.
