RETURN POLICY

ADDA gems accepts returns for an online store credit or a refund. Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at adda@addagems.com before shipping your item. Any packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers must return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ADDA gems is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

RETURNS
ADDA gems accepts returns within 14 days of package arrival. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Returns failing to meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS
Once a return is received and processed, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For security, we advise customers to use a tracked shipping service for returns, as ADDA gems is not liable for lost or stolen return packages.

EXCHANGES
ADDA gems does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, return the unwanted item and place a new order through our online store.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes related to the return.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
1.1. Products may be returned if found defective due to manufacturing faults, material defects, or other issues not caused by misuse, improper handling, or external damage.
1.2. Any defects must be reported within the designated return period as per the product warranty or return policy.

2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1. Customers must contact customer support with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the defect before initiating a return.
2.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other components.
2.3. The company reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the return request.

3. RETURN OPTIONS
3.1. If the defect is confirmed, the customer may be eligible for:
  • A replacement product.
  • Product repair (if applicable).
  • A refund of the purchase price.
3.2. If the product is determined to be non-defective or the issue is due to improper use, the return request may be denied.

4. SHIPPING & COSTS
4.1. If the return is approved, the company may cover return shipping costs at its discretion.
4.2. If the return is denied, the customer may be responsible for all related shipping costs.

5. EXCLUSIONS
5.1. The following conditions do not qualify for returns:
