Before you choose your jewelry, here are a few important details:

The 24% discount applies to the entire collection.
Prices on the website and at checkout already include the 24% discount.
Shipping is charged separately and is not included in the discount.
Free shipping is not available during the promotion.
The discount cannot be combined with welcome bonuses, accumulated loyalty points, birthday bonuses, promo codes, or gift packaging.
Loyalty points will not be earned or accepted as payment for purchases made on October 24.
Gift certificates can be used as a payment method during the promotion.

Due to the high volume of orders, processing and delivery times will be extended:

In-store pickup orders will be ready within 1 week.
International orders will be shipped via international postal services, with delivery taking 4 weeks or more.
Delivery within Israel will take at least 2 weeks via postal or courier services.
All orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received.

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry purchased both online and in-store may be exchanged within 14 days, based on the amount actually paid, provided the original tag remains attached.

Order cancellations and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item or confirming the purchase, provided the original tag remains attached and all original packaging and materials are kept. Refunds are not available for in-store jewelry purchases.

For international orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item or confirming the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Clothing and merchandise in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, regardless of whether they were purchased online or in-store, provided the original tag remains attached. When exchanging an item, the promotional discount does not carry over. The new item will be priced according to the price valid at the time of the exchange.

For returns, refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid, including the applied discount, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
